My life as a year 9 child
My life as a year 9 is and will be challenging, because I started my GCSE early, rather than picking my options in year 9 the head teacher (Simon Eliot) decided we should pick our option in year 8. It has been tough starting GCSE early, because we have to revise more for exams. The subjects I have chosen are the ok, because I am good at them I get good grades.
However my point of view is I get more stressed from starting early and I get more homework. By the time I finish my homework I don’t get enough time to have a long rest and play but I get to eat my dinner and watch TV, then I have to go to sleep. The other thing I hate is school opens very early and we have to get in school early than before and it’s hard for me to concentrate in my lessons because I feel sleepier.
What I would like is more support in school to help me out in my work, because some lessons I find it hard sometimes and if I ask a teacher for help they would come after 10 minutes which is annoying. So it would be better if there were more teachers in the class to help out the students.
On the other hand the other thing that would be more stressful is around the end of year I have to choreography my dance crew and around the end of the year the work gets harder and harder, because I will have to thing on my mind to concentrate on.
However I have to sit away from my friends so they don’t get me in trouble in my lessons, like the make weird noises and then blame it on me.
Kamal you missed a bit (see below)
p.s. this year I have a really nice mentor Miss Khan who works really hard to make sure I am happy and reaching my target grades. she is sooooo suportive and helpful!!
looooooool ahahaha miss ill write my own mini blog about the TEACHER OF THE YEAR and how she/he is a good teacher at FGCS
